Richard S. Buski

Mr. Buski has been a Chartered Accountant since 1972 and has worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers ("PWC") since 1967, until his retirement in 2004. From 1967 to 2001, Mr. Buski was the leader of the banking practice of PWC Canada and the global relationship partner for Bank of Montreal. From 2001 to 2004, he was the Country Senior Partner of PWC in Russia where his responsibilities included aspects of practice management, professional risk management, financial and operational management, client, government and media relations, community involvement and partner affairs. As well, Mr. Buski was a director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, an elected position, and a member of the Advisory Council of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce, an appointed position. He has also been a member of numerous committees, task forces, studies, projects, acted as an investigator and expert witness all in connection with various financial institutions, corporations, an insurance company, banks and government bodies.
