Milton Woensdregt
Mr. Woensdregt brings 27 years of senior accounting and management experience, most recently as the Interim Chief Financial Officer for The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) in Vancouver. The PHSA manages specialized health care services across British Columbia, and has an annual operating budget of approximately $1.2 billion. Mr. Woensdregt previously spent six years as Senior Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Terasen Inc., a leading provider of energy and utility services that was recently acquired by Kinder Morgan, Inc. During Mr. Woensdregt's tenure, Terasen more than doubled its annual revenue base. Before joining Terasen, Mr. Woensdregt spent nearly twenty years at KPMG, and its predecessor firms, and was named a partner in 1991. He is a chartered accountant with extensive experience with reporting and compliance procedures for publicly traded companies.
