David L. Prupas

Mr. Prupas is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of Richards Packaging Inc. ("Richards"), a company he and his partners acquired in 1977 as a private company and which is now a publicly traded income trust listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Richards is a leader in the packaging industry and the largest of its kind in Canada and third largest in North America. Mr. Prupas is responsible for all operating companies within the Richards group of companies, the integration of Richards into the largest retail drug supplier of vials in Canada, and created three manufacturing plants in North America. Through his extensive business travels, Mr. Prupas has a broad contact base throughout North America, Asia and Europe and has maintained numerous corporate friendships and trade associates related to the industry. Mr. Prupas was past President of the National Association of Container Distributors (North America).
